To enrich employees’ cultural and sports life, strengthen team cohesion, and showcase the enterprising spirit of Dream Compressor staff, the company recently successfully held its second "Unite and Thrive" Worker Sports Day. Colleagues from the headquarters and branch offices gathered at the venue, stepping away from their workstations to enjoy a lively event full of passion and joy.
The event featured both individual competitions and team challenges, offering a diverse and well-balanced program. It gave employees a stage to push their limits while testing teamwork and coordination. The whole event ran smoothly in a vibrant atmosphere, with full participation and wholehearted effort — a true reflection of the dynamic energy of the Dream Compressor team.
At Dream Compressor, we believe that a strong team builds strong products. This sports day is part of our ongoing commitment to employee well-being and company culture.
