   1. Mainstream high-end. The main ones seen in China are Ai Zheng, GHH, TMC, and Rodcom.

 

   Ai Zheng is genuinely imported from Germany (only sold by trading companies in China, but not produced in China).

 

GHH has been put into production in Jiangsu since 2009. At first, it mainly made some small oil-injected screws, within 10 cubic meters. Later, the foreign production lines were slowly moved to China. So now GHH's oil-injected screws are mainly produced in Wujiang, Jiangsu (oil-free double The screw can only be produced in Germany at present), the price is slightly higher than that of Ai Zheng, but it is the first to be promoted in China, and it is the standard application of domestic high-end air compressor brands. Among them, GHH is due to domestic production and Ingersoll Rand’s technology and brand protection. (GHH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of IR), the price/performance ratio is not as good as Ai Zheng.

 

  TMC is an Italian company, which mainly produces fans and screw heads. The ones seen in China are imported with original packaging. Some models are quite successful.

 

Rodekamp entered China relatively early, but due to the relatively short product line, it is mainly concentrated on the production of 3 or 6 cubic monolithic heads (oil, oil filter, and air filter are concentrated on one main machine head), although the use situation is very good , But the market is shrinking due to cost-effective reasons.

 

  2, mid-to-high end. Hanbell and Nankou main engines are selected by mid-to-high-end air compressor manufacturers. Among them, Nankou main engines are 132 or above with better performance. As an enterprise with Fusheng as its parent body (most employees are old Fusheng employees), Hanzhong has taken a completely different path from Fusheng. Their technological updates, product control, and prices completely overwhelm Fusheng. At present, it is working closely with the leading domestic compressor company Red Five Rings, which has further improved both in sales and product technology.

 

  3, low-end air end. It is mainly produced by EU, etc., produced by Taiwan Fusheng, and adopted by Esens. Compared with Hanzhong, although the EU head is also made by Taiwan compatriots, it is a standard version of Fusheng, and its performance is definitely not as good as that of Taiwanese compatriots. Fusheng air end.

 

   4. Low-end mainstream. It is mainly based on Bowes, and currently the largest sales volume in the industry is the Bowes air end. Due to its stable performance and low price, Bose main engine is more and more popular with low-end air compressor brands. The fatal disadvantage is low exhaust capacity, that is, low efficiency. According to the actual effect, the Bose main engine, taking 10 cubic meters as an example, can reach 8 at most, while the Han clock can reach 9.5.

 

   5. Low-end air end. It is represented by Wuyang Saidwalker. The Wuyangside rotor and casing are produced and assembled by itself, with the smallest diameter of the rotor. There are some other brands, I haven't heard of them very much, they should not be much better, so I won't introduce them.

1. The air end adopts forged steel
